You know, it's really funny how themes work out in the stories I write. I find that if I write a story and try to convey a specific theme, I usually fall flat on my face. I tend to write stories that interest me, and try to put the protagonist in a situation where he has to make a decision and face his demons. Whether it be a story of unrequited love, or a story concerning a moral dilemma, or Man's inhumanity to Man, I find that the theme sort of comes out of the writing. If I try to convey a message, it just doesn't work for me. I let the story tell itself and leave it up to the reader to see what I don't, or can't.

That's nice, letting your audience derive a theme from your stories allows you to just focus on telling a good one for them. For me, I use themes as a form of guide when writing my content. But anyway we go about it, just gotta write what we like and make it quality content!
