I think the way you wrote about it here could benefit others. Maybe you could create a related blog on Substack or one of the other platforms you’re using to chronicle your journey. The voice you used here would (I think) encourage others to share their own experiences in the comments section and the site might take off like wildfire. But no matter what, I wish you the best of luck and, as you remarked, it’s treatable. I have a history of diabetes in my family (admittedly Type 2) and now that I’m in my 50s the warning signs have started.
