The 9th Border City of Vo'estivez
Said to have been established in Cycle 4,777 BCR (Before CORE Reset), Havter Homin was the 9th Border City established in the Capital Environment of Vo'estivez. At the time of its formation, the Havterio Forest was expanding at an exponential rate which was causing environmental hazards for much of the wildlife in the area.
The initial reason for the construction of Havter Homin was to protect the environment in the area. Therefore, the visionary behind the new city, Savik Homin, took it upon himself to build a massive Forest Station and hired hundreds of Forest Keepers to maintain the plant growth in the area.
Ever since then, Havter Homin has become one of the main exporters of wood for the Pillars. Forest Keepers are also an established profession, maintaining not only the stations they are assigned to but also the massive forests that most forms of wildlife live within.
